Los Angeles 2024 selected NORTH half-way through the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Bid Campaign to redesign the bid's brand look and execute across a wide variety of projects. After an exhaustive look study we developed a new visual language for the bid. Inspired by an existing logo and color pallet, the new look provided the bid with a fresh and flexible system for print, digital and environmental graphics application. All elements were consolidated into a comprehensive brand book, outlining rules of use and providing application examples. From there we were asked to deliver on projects like the bid book submission, all printed collateral, advertising, and environmental graphics which included digital video boards located in 15 of LA's most famous landmarks and venues. LA2024 has been awarded the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
